Q: After I purchase, how do I access the Web-Based Book Edition, Audio E-Learning Programs, and Tools?

A. Access to books, programs and tools requires you to GO TO The Learning Center. New Users must first sign-up or make a purchase. The sign-up box is on the upper right-hand corner of each web page. Existing Users must sign-in with their user name + password. Only after you've made a purchase will the book, programs, and tools appear in The Learning Center. 

Q: I signed up but didn't receive an email.

A: Be sure to allow all emails from cliffmichaels.com.
Check your junk or spam filter and mark as "not junk."

Q: Can I change my temporary password?

A: Yes > You can EDIT YOUR ACCOUNT at any time. 

Q: I tried to view an E-Learning Program but it didn't play. How do you start the program?

A: Some E-Learning Programs load slowly and may take a minute. Be sure to 1.) push the play button in the center of your screen, 2.) wait a minute or two while the program loads. 3.) be sure you are using the most updated version of your browser; 4.) log-out and log back in to CliffMichaels.com. Q: I'm trying to read the Web-Based Edition of The 4 Essentials at CliffMichaels.com Learning Center. How do I adjust the view for larger text or control the floating pages.

A: You can adjust the view in the control menu on the ISSUU E-READER. 1.) First, click on a book page when the book pages first appear. 2.) You'll see an icon in the ISSUU menu that looks like a mini page with lines > the drop down menu from that icon has 2 options / read or drag; select drag + your set. ENJOY READING!
